We bought a 3 seater and 2 seater Lounge suite, Raelene was just wonderful very friendly and helpful explaining the different leathers, we also spoke to Clarissa who was also kind and helpful. They said it will take 13 to 16 weeks to arrive and we were fine with that. Also the delivery men were fantastic, they unpacked it and tested that the electric recliners worked. Thank you to you all Nick included.

The most friendly staff I've interacted with at a furniture shop. Other places are only after your money, these guys care. Very happy with Jordan and Nicks customer service.

We have recently purchased an outdoor umbrella . The product we required was a hard to find size so finding it was a bonus. On getting it home I decided on a different colour, returning it was not a problem, as the colour I wanted was not in stock Audra dealt with our return and reorder so efficiently. In less than 2 weeks it had arrived and the pick up done. The storeman has been pleasant to deal with , our whole experience has been stress free and easy. I recently purchased a dining suite and 2 sofas and wanted to mention the amazing service I received from the Moonah staff, especially Charissa. The purchases were a big decision for me. I visited the store several times before reaching a final decision. Fortunately, Charissa was always on duty and provided excellent support and advice both in the store and when I called with questions.
